| We start with your idea: Whether you need a table to fit your dining room perfectly, or a stereo cabinet the will hold each component plus your 8-tracks and LPs, we can design a piece of furniture to fit YOUR requirements. |

| |
Next, we have wood choice. You make the decision about the type of wood you prefer, from the standard choices of Pine, Maple and Oak, to the more exotic woods such as Purple Heart, or Lacewood. |
| With your ideas and wood choice, we determine what it will take in both time and wood to produce your furniture. With straight forward billing, and written estimates, we virtually eliminate unwanted surprises. |
|
| |
When you decide we are the company to help you, we produce line-drawings of your furniture, only when you approve the line-drawings do we go forward with the production of your futniture. |
| The lumber for your furniture is hand selected by our crew to ensure beauty and quality. The pieces are then cut to size for the various furniture components. |
|
| |
The cut pieces are joined to create the furniture components: table tops, drawer fronts, etc. |
| The components are then assembled into furniture using time-tested mothods, such as dove-tails, rabbet joints and mortice & tennon. |
|
| |
Once the piece is assembled and sanded, the furniture is finished. We apply the stain, wipe it off, and wait for the furniture to dry completely. Then we apply one coat of sealer, and two coats of lacquer, sanding lightly between each coat to ensure a smooth, durable finish. |
| After the finishing process, we install the doors, drawers and knobs. We use full-extension, ball bearing drawer slides, and concealed hinges for the doors. The choice of knobs ranges from the traditional wooden knob to any of the thousands that we can order in for your furniture. |

| |
The final stage is exit prep, where we perform a wet wipe-down of your furniture and do the final inspection to ensure your satisfaction. We then shrink-wrap the furniture to protect it from dust. |
